Once the registration period is open, join our Online Program to ensure you are completing all of the necessary steps to be a qualified official with SDFVOA.

Once you are join the Online Program, be sure to join our Telegram group where you can ask questions and get more up-to-date information regarding the volleyball season.

If you are new to our organization, make sure you have an account through Arbiter.  This is where all of your matches will be assigned.  You will receive a link to register through Arbiter shortly after you complete the first steps in our Online Program.

You must complete all the required NFHS Learn courses that are listed in the Online Program.  Once you have completed the course, you will need to upload those documents to the Google Form that is provided.

Once the exam is live, you must pass the Online Written Exam with a score of 80% or higher in no more than 5 attempts.

You must purchase your own uniform and equipment to have with you during every match.  You need to have your uniform purchased before our 2nd General Meeting.

All officials need to complete a certain amount of training hours to be certified to officiate.  Attending all the training clinics and General Meetings is required.  See our make-up policies.

There will be multiple opportunities for you to show us what you've learned before the beginning of the season.  Train hard, and show us what you are capable of!
